My customer has a question about electric potential of LM5113 exposed pad.
The datasheet recommends that the exposed pad be soldered to ground plane to aid thermal dissipation.
However, the exposed pad can be soldered to a plane which has low thermal impedance but has different electric potential than ground, for example VDD? Or the exposed pad potential must not be different from ground?
