I believe you are looking at an earlier version of the UCC28950 Datasheet. We did an extensive re-write of this document recently and the new version is available on the TI website - it's now at Rev C - you can find it at http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/ucc28950.pdf
To answer your question. the 250ns figure is correct - we changed the equations used to calculate the delays. Be careful - these calculations are approximate and don't take account of any external propagation delays that you may have in - for example - a MOSFET driver.
