I am designing an instrument powered by two series AA batteries. The batteries can be NiMH or NiCd or alkaline. I need to display remaining battery capacity on the device, so I was wondering what the best way to do it.
I thought about a fuel gauge, but I am facing some trouble to choose the best one to function with the 3 battery chemistries (NiMH, NiCd or alkaline).
