ID Codes for 65930 or 20

Is there a way distinguish between 65950 and 930 or 920's etc. in software?

I know there is an ID code described in the 65950 technical manual but there is no technical manual for the others in the family.

Is the ID code different for each? If so what would they be?

Hi David,

This family of devices - TPS65950/30/20 is software compatible. Also, the same IDCODE will be read on all three of these. You can get the info in the TRM for the respective devices.

That would be kind of hard since only the 65950 has a TRM. Only data manual for the others ...which has very little detail.

Yes, you cannot distinguish between parts.
