BQ33100 can not program in address 0x41C5

Hi,

I program BQ33100 by microcontroller. And reference to the Doc. I almost have done unless one byte.

When I write data flash image to BQ33100 and revise the data in address 0X41C5(iROW = 14), the result which can't wake up again.

Could someone give me an answer? I will be grateful.

I read the data flash image and know the data which is 0x3E.

Next I wrote 0x3D into the data flash image. And the thing just happened.

The engineer who normally supports this device is out of the office, so I will try to help. What parameter are you trying to change by modifying the data as address 41c5?

Sorry, I don't know what parameter is. I only get a DFI file and write it to each target.

According to section 8.5 of the Doc, Table 62, I know most data what it is at its absolute address.

But I still don't know what data flash value is in 41c5. If you could tell me, maybe I can use pack-specific to write.

It looks like the data located at 41c5 is not a data flash parameter, but process data and changing it could cause the device not to work. You should not change the data in that memory location.
