bq27542-G1 - Hardware config of TS pin when external thermistor unused

Hello,

If the external thermistor feature of bq27542-G1 is not being used (set to read from the internal temp sensor instead), how should the TS pin be treated?

I've seen recommendations to pull TS to VSS with a 10 kohm resistor for other gauges, but it doesn't explicitly say in the datasheet or TRM (that I could find).
