Hi Pan,
As the minimum input voltage of TPS61088 is 2.7V, maximum outputt voltage is 12.6V, so the maximum duty cycle is not a problem for this part.
Why the customer care this parameter, could you please tell the histroy to me?

When output voltage is set by 10V, if input voltage is 10V, how much the output voltage?

Pan,
For the boost converter, when input voltage is very close (or equal) to the output voltage, whether the output voltage can be regulated at the target value or not is depend on the minimum-duty cycle.
When the mode pin is open and let the TPS61088 work in the PFM mode, then Vo=10V. But if TPS61088 is work in the PWM mode(mode pin short to GND), because of the limitation of the minimum on time, the output voltage will be higher than the target value(10V).
