USB to GPIO does not controls the BQ78PL116

Hi,

My customer purchased the new "USB to GPIO" to control the BQ78PL116 by the BQWizard 3.

But it does not controls the BQ78PL116.

The BQ78PL116 can't be selected on IC selecting menu of GUI(BQWizard 3)

However it does controls the BQ78PL116 by the old USB to GPIO owned by my cusotomer.

What is the reason not contoling the BQ78PL116 by "new"  USB to GPIO?

Please let me know if there is the lack of information.
