Could you explain what does the "REN_DIS" mean?
It describes as "Enable discharge resistor" in spec sheet, but it have a pullup current souce as ICH_EN.
I am confusing. The EN pin have both pulldown register and pull-up current source?

the pull down resistor active only 10ms when power up, then disable this function.
In some case, ENs connect to capacitor to implement power on sequencing. when the input power on-off-on very quickly, the capacitor have residual voltage if there is no this function. The sequencing will be wrong under this application. So this device add this 10ms discharge function.
