Calibrating BQ78350 in bqStudio

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ78350, BQ76930EVM, BQSTUDIO, BQ78350-R1

Hello,

I'm following the instructions in section 2.2.2 (Gauge Quick Start) of the bq769x0 EVM Quick Start Guide (SLVU925B). Everything was working fun up until Step 23, where I attempted to calibrate the temperature. Instead of a check box appearing next to the Calibrate Temperature button, I get a red cross instead, and the following error along the bottom of the screen:

"Temperature Calibration - Raw calibration block size returned after command 0xF081 or 0xF082 is an incorrect length."

I've also attempted to calibrate the Voltage and CC Offset but received similar errors.

I'm using the BQ76930EVM board, the BQ78350 has been updated with the BQ78350-R1 1.03 firmware and I'm using bqStudio version 1.3.45.

Have I missed something important?

Cheers,
Zane
