    Hi again, Daniel.

    I am not sure the requested information is available but I will check internally. Within the datasheet, there is the packaging information on page 24 which has MSL Peak Temperature and operating temperature. Towards the front of the datasheet, there are absolute and recommended temperatures.

    Can you tell me why this information is needed? Is it for a soldering temperature profile? If so, we leave that up to the individual customer's manufacturing needs and requirements as these package types are quite common.

    Dear Eric,

    Thanks for your support. This question is from my customer's server project. I am not sure about the exact reason for the request. My customer will set a parameter database for application.
    Please reply it as soon as you get the data from thermal modeling team, this case is a little urgent from customer.
