About BQ78350 FW Version change with Check Sum Error

You can program the v0.06 srec into a device that currently has v1.03 firmware. Are you using the srec files to downgrade the firmware?

Yes , we have some reason,  and we hope downgrade  to old FW.

Do you have some idea ?

For instance 

  All Flash Area Clear , or  Over Write .... etc

If you program the device with the v0.06 srec, then it should return the gauge to the original state. Here is the original srec file.

We  tried this 0.06 Srec file for Down Grade  from Ver 1.03.

But this error message appear bottom on  BQ Studio.

 Error Message 

Program Srec : Instruction flash checksum calculated ...not match checksum
returned device after programming.

We think, SW write is may be Success, but BQ Studio dose not detect this Ver 0.06 downgrade ver.

Do you have some idea ?

Did you try restarting bqStudio to see if it will detect the device after the firmware has been loaded?

I am trying to find out how I can help with this. Downgrading the firmware works okay on my setup and I have had other customers do it successfully as well. This must be an issue with your configuration.
