I am using TPS61202DSCR for charging two Li ion batteries (slow charging < 100 uA). I use an InGaAs photodiode for the voltage source. The maximum photocurrent in short is 1 mA and open circuit voltage is 0.5V. When I connect the PD to TPS61202DSCR input, the PD open voltage drops below the minimum voltage for TPS61202DSCR input. The circuit works well if I connect power supply at 0.35V. But the input draws > 3 mA. In our application, PD can supply 1mA at most. So, the input current must be << 1mA when connected to a power supply at 0.35 ~ 0.5V. How to reduce the input current to << 1mA when input is connected to power supply at 0.35 ~ 0.5VDC.
