LT3971 overshoot on repetitive power cycles

Hi,

I am using an LT3971 as a 3.3 volt regulator.  If power is removed and re-applied quickly (tens of msec) there is a large overshoot on the output.  This is not there if the input power is left off for hundreds of milli-seconds or longer.  Any suggestions on how to eliminate this?  The load at start up is approximately 35mA.
RT is 100K.  The inductor is 4.7uH.  The attached scope photo shows the output voltage (channel 1, yellow) and the input voltage (channel 2, blue).

Thanks,

Bruce
