EV2400 and HDQ

We have a couple of products that use gas gauges with HDQ communication protocols. We are also in the process of updating computers. With the EV2300 not being officially supported for 64-bit machines, and HDQ not supported on the EV2400 yet, there is a concern that we may run into trouble on these product lines when the process computers are updated for those products. Is there an expected time frame for the EV2400 to be HDQ compatible?

    Hello Jeffrey,

    The EV2400 supports HDQ at the present time. I just noticed the User's Guide hasn't been updated to reflect this (we need to update this), but I just tested it on one of my EVMs using HDQ. Make sure you are using version 0.18 of the EV2400; this firmware update can be found in the EV2400 product page.
