TPS65910A3A1 Power up issue

Hello,

Can anyone help me?

I am using TPS65910A3A1 PMIC for AM3352ZCE processor.

but as i provide 5V input to PMIC its not being power up and not generating any voltages. also VREF is 0V.

so what may be problem?

Hi Brijesh,

VRTC should always have 1.8V when vcc7 is supplied, can you confirm the power pad is properly soldered and that the connections follow the Schematic Checklist and Users Guide?

Thanks for your valuable response.

Power pad is properly soldered and also connection follow to checklist but even PMIC not being powered up.

please find above PMIC schematic image which i currently using.

let me know if any changes required in schematic.

Hi Brijesh,

Is there a push-button that I cannot see? PWRON is an active-low start condition, and without a user asserting this pin low, PWRHOLD should instead be connected to +5V. As is, VAUX33 will not have a reason to be enabled and will not assert PWRHOLD.
