Does the input need to be isolated from the output in this system?

the customer is non-isolated application and now choice LM3478.
From DS Equation 17, Figure 30. we are not clear how to design Rsen.
RSEN x ISWLIMIT = VCSMAX = VSENSE - (D x VSL)
May you have suggestion for us?
Application Vin=10.8V Vout =24V/20A.
