I designed several STB(set-top box) models using TPS54622RHLR, but recently there are some field failure issues.

So I'm reviewing my circuits and have a question about Soft Start Cap's Charge current of TPS54622.

Which signal(input) makes the Iss of TPS54622?

I think one of these - Vin, EN, UVLO.

Please kindly let me know.
