how to explain TLV702 can application use Vin 3.3V and Vout 3.1V

    Hi Kuo,

    An LDO requires a minimum amount of headroom in order for it to regulate.  This is specified as dropout.  Please note that dropout is linear with regards to current as shown in the figure 5 from the datasheet.

    As a result, the amount of headroom required will depend on the application's output current.  Per the dropout curve, TLV702 is appropriate for a 200mV dropout with currents less than 250mA.

    Thanks for your reply, and can you suggest me Vin 3.3V to Vout 3.2V, Iout 200mA
    I think TLV702 is not use my device,
    because My system supply 3.3V to LOD transfer 3.2V, 200mA to sensor device(Vin 3.15V ~ 3.45V), thank you.
