TPS61200 the location of the VAUX Capacitor

Hi,

I have a question about of the location of the VAUX Capacitor.

The VAUX Capacitor(C3) is located nearer the IC than the COUT(C5/6) on the EVM. 

Why is the C3 located near the IC?

Should we locate the C3 near the IC?
