Hello,

I'm having trouble with a EV2400 box. The computer is not detecting the EV2400 when I connnect it.
From what I can see the three LEDs are on but it does not shows up in device manager or BQStudio when connected.

Would it be possible to revive it?

Is this a new EV2400 or has it been used before? Have you tried a different computer?

Hi Tom,
The faulty one has been in use up till now. I have tried various EV2300 and EV2400 on the same computer and those are working fine.

Philip,
If that computer detects other EV2400 adapters, then this one is probably damaged. I would try using a different computer or reboot this one to verify that it does not work.

Hi Tom,

I've just tried the adapter on another computer and it does not detect as well. I've tried rebooting and the result is the same
