Hi,

it is possible for LMR14030 (14050) apply the same technique to slow down the turn-on of the internal power MOSFET as for the LM22680?

Hi Marian,

Yes, the concept still applies - a resistor in series with the bootstrap capacitor will appear in series with the high side FET during the turn-on interval. This will essentially slow down the rising edge of the high side FET.
