I'm working on the design of one portable device. I would likte to confirm that the maximium power supply of this ultra-low Leakage load Switch [TPS22860] is 100nA.

Hello Oscar,

If you are referring to leakage, then this switch is 100nA maximum with ON = 0V.
The device can handle an absolute maximum of 200mA in the on state. Also the supply voltage can be up to the Vbias voltage which can be up to 5.5V.

Hi,

My concern is to know the power consumption in standby mode, that is, the power consumption of the TPS22860 when the TPS22860 is off [Von = 0V].

Yes, you are correct, when Von = 0V, and Vbias is 5.5V, the leakage is going to be less than 100na.
The typical leakage is shown in Figure 4.
Figure 5 has a typo. The Vbias for Figure 5 should be Vbias = 0V
