Hi,

I have card using the LMZ30606.

in the card I have functional problem - vout didn't stablize and the value is not as  define.

I attached the schematic.

Pls. check it and advise.

    Zeev:

    The schematic was reviewed on both 1.5V and 3.3V LMZ30606. It was indicated there is instability on one or both Vout buses.

    Electrical characteristic data page 5  on external output capacitors lists maximum total output ceramic capacitance of not more than 650uF. It also  in note 6 and7 refer to a table 3 and table  5 for more details.

    I recommend the removal of 1-100uFceramic on each output voltage bus, replacing it with a 100-220 polarized capacitor( ESR ≤ 25m ohms as described in table 5 and output capacitance note page 10.

    The schematic is marked up  with this suggested change.
