Hi I need toi know the FIT value for the TPS53915RVET. Unfortunately this is missing int he Productfolder does not contain this like eg. in the TPS54620 Quality & Reliability section.

Who can provide this asap.

The FIT is .1 with a 60% confidence level at 125 deg C

Hi John,

thanks for your reply on that and after sharing with the customer they came back with the following questions:

* what will be the FIT value witrh 90% confidence level?
* this is usually some standard information we provide within the Product Folder why not for this devices?
