Hi, I am confused on powered devices selection. I am doing a project for my masters its "Internet of things ultrasound system using PoE". I am just starting on it by selecting appropriate components, I will be using FPGA Cyclone V for my project. I need to know which Powered Device that is best to implement my project.
PS: I am only a beginner in PoE as I only read about how to implement it recently.
Any advice regarding my project will be useful ..
