【BQ78350】 trigger OCD & OCC at the same time

I have a situation that the motor would let my BMS trigger OCD & OCC at the same time.

After OCD(Overcurrent Discharge) triggered, OCC(Charge Over Charge) triggered.

And I couldn't recover Charge mosfet and Discharge mosfet.

I had tried to send 0x2b HostFETControl command to both mosfet but it didn't work .

If I want to recover my BMS, I have to disconnect all connecters and restart.

78350 have any command could recover Charge mosfet and Discharge mosfet ?
I want to recover mosfet when I remove the load.
