TPS51100 not working properly

Hi

We are using TPS51100 DDR3 termination regulator for VTT(0.75V) and VREF(0.75V).The regulator is not functioning properly,we have used the same circuit as suggested in the data sheet.But the regulator becomes very hot and the VTT output doesnt stay at 0.75V but rather swings strangely between 0.543V to 0.740V.The VTT under no load condition generates 0.8V(supposed to be 0.75V),and still it is becoming hot.Please help us whether we are missing something.
