    Hi Tateo,

    There is no sequence requirement on Vin and EN whenever which one is pull high first to turn on the chip, but normally to set EN high after Vin is stable for lower input inrush current.

    For external clock, we recommend below:

    1. for startup:  apply ext. clock earlier than Vin reach UVLO or EN high,  or few ms later after Vin is stable and EN is high, 

    2. for shutdown, the clock MUST be turn-off later than EN is low or Vin below UVLO.
