Our customer asked us thermal pad size of TPS22953DQCR.

There aren't the information in datasheet .

Would you please give it ?

Hi Taichi,

The thermal pad dimensions for the DQC package are 2.4mm x 0.84mm with a variance of +/- 0.1mm. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Our customer requested us to provide additional information again.

They want to know the details of Land pattern.

Would you please send me the "Thermal Pad Mechanical Data" and "Land pattern data" of TPS22953DQC ?

and, do you have a plan to add this information in the datasheet of TPS22953DQCR ?

Hi Taichi,

I have attached the package drawing as well as the thermal pad information. However, we do not currently have a land pattern drawing available for this package. I will look into getting this drawing done as well as fixing the current datasheet to include all DQC package information.

Our customer needs to design a test board to put on this device soon.
So they request the LAND PATTERN DATA. Can you provide it by next Monday ?

Is there a certain format you're looking for? The two pdf's that Alek attached are enough to create the footprint.
