Worst case Power consumption of bq40z50-r1? and some questions

I am designing BMS circuit using bq40z50-r1.

Some question as belows

- What will be the power consumption of "bq40z50-r1" and where i can find that kind of information in datasheet

for example, look at the page xx, table xx.

- Is it ok to say that power consumption is same as heat dissipation of bq40z50-r1 in thermal analysis?

- If I use external thermistors for TS1 ~ TS4 pins, what will be the recommended place to attach thermistors? near each cells?

and usually how can i use that measured temperature information?
