I’m currently using the TPS22941, 5.5V, 0.08A, 500mΩ, 40mA Current Limit Active-Low Load Switch. It’s has a 40mA current limit. Was wondering if you had a part that had 250mA-300mA current limit capability?

    I would recommend looking at the following groups of devices
    TPS2552 or TPS2553
    TPS2045A or TPS2055A
    TPS2041C
    TPD3S014

    Take a look at these parts and let me know if one of them jumps out at you as something that looks good and we can talk about it.
