Hi Sir,

What is the max. leakage current of LM5051 form pin6 (INN) to pin7 (INP) with voltage 72v from pin6 to pin7?

    Hi Mark,

    The leakage is not spec'd in the datasheet, but we understand the primary path will be leakage through the reverse voltage comparator within the IC.

    It has not been characterized but our guess is it would be on the order of 100's of uAs.
