Low current ~100 channel LED driver with 1.8V "VDDIO" ?

Hi,

Looking for led-driving solutions that can match the following:

  • ultra compact footprint
  • < 5mA per LED (RGB as well as White)
  • pwm dimming
    • can't judge if constant current "is" a requirement to avoid buying expensive binned led's to get even brighness and chroma.
    • I'm ok with factory calibration using CCD or photo-diodes for each led-channel.
  • high refresh-rate
    • the cross-plexing solutions out there I've tested is too slow, shaking the head or filming with a phone shouldn't reveal flicker & scan-rate.
  • 1.8V logic/vddio (SPI/I2C control)
    • I've looked around and for some reason all IC's (I've checked) on the market requires 3.3V

Looking forward to guidance!
