My customer has question about TPS55340-Q1.
Could you tell me about questoin?

 Is there thermal data in close to under the following condition?

 - Condition -
 Vin=15V
 Vout=24V
 Iout=2A
 R(freq)=18k (fsw=2.5MHz)

    We probably don't have thermal data for that specific condition.  You can use Webench (for TPS55340) to estimate the junction temperature with te thermal simulation feature.  Also, max Fsw for TPS55340 is 1.2 MHz, not 2.5 MHz.  For 1.2 MHz, Webench estimates a 42.4 C temperature rise over ambient based on 4 layer PCB similar to the EVM.
