as you now, in the LED driver application note of the TLC59283:
You can read that the best way to eliminate ghosting effect it is to use a Resistor + Zener diode (reserved voltage).
As a LED screen designer I was doing some test at the laboratory and I found out that using the Zener diode (forward voltage) in direct the ghosting elimination system works and also if a LED is in open circuit it will no show the worm effect (all the LED with the cathode connected to the same driver output lights up if there is a LED in open circuit).

Do you think the LED life will be get shorter? What side effects may have this structure? Will this increase the LED reverse voltage of the LED?
