bq27742-G1 inacurate full charge capacity

Hi ,

I'm using the bq27742g1software to charge / discharge a  "18650" lithium battery .

I have the right chemID , but the Full charge capacity (FCC) is shown as 1000 mAh instead of 2600 mAh (design capacity). 

I tried IT and to charge/sischarge the battery but it doesnt affect .

Can someone help me please ?
