Our customer is evaluating this device on their board.
They found a overshoot over absolute maximum voltage on LL pin when internal high side fet is turned on.
We understand this is in general issue. However they do not want add the any external component. (i.e. snubber or Rboost)
Could you give us any other advice to solve this issue?
