Ripple noise on LM5017 custom board is 400mV peak-to-peak!

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5017

I am using the LM5017 on one of my prototype board. It is really similar to the AN-2200 evaluation board, beside the inductor and the input/output capacitors values.

The output voltage is set to close to 5 V.

The ripple noise is around 360 mV at 12Vin and a load of 200 mA:

It goes up to 500 mV at 20 Vin and 380 mA load:

I had a 1 uF capacitor on the output at first but it did not make it better going to a 10 uF.

At the moment, I am not sure where I am completely failing.
Any ideas?
