Schematic review of TPS65400

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65400

Hi,

I am using TPS65400 in one of our validation boards. I would like to verify my design from someone from TI before going into PCB manufacturing. Mainly I would like to check whatever values I have chosen for Inductors (L2, L3, L4, L5) & Resistors at the output of switches are right one.

For SW1:

I have used 2.2uH for SW1 to generate 1.25V o/p @1.5A. used (180 ohm + 820 ohm) as R1 & 60.4K as R2. Inductor used: LTF5022T-2R2N3R2-LC from TDK, Irms=3.4A, L=2.2uH ±30%

For SW3:

I have used 2.2uH for SW3 to generate 3.3V o/p @1.5A. used (12K + 1K) as R1 & 10K as R2

Inductor used: LTF5022T-2R2N3R2-LC from TDK, Irms=3.4A, L=2.2uH ±30%

For SW2 & SW4:

I have used 6.8uH for SW2 to generate 5V o/p @2A. used (24.9K + 100 ohm) as R1 & 10K as R2

Inductor used: RLF7030T-6R8M2R8 from TDK, Irms=2.8A, L=6.8uH ±20%

Also kindly review the attached schematic copy & let me know your feedback.

Thank you very much for your support & valuable feedback.
