TPS562200 Inductor Selection

While 4.7uH ids the preferred value, 5.6uH is not too far off. It should be ok. Can you post your schematic and layout? Do you have any switching activity on the SW node?

Do you have any test data which can share to us? it's strange you don't have any output voltage, please check SW wavefroms first.

Can we use tantalum capacitor's instead of ceramic capacitor's on both input and output sides?

You might possibly use a tantalum capacitor on the output. It will depend on the value and ESR. I would not recommend just a tantalum capacitor on the input. You should really use a ceramic type on the input.

Here is a screenshot of the Webench simulation at your specified Vout and Iout. Try to match the passives in your schematic as closely to the ones shown as you can. The slow startup is due to the device's fixed 1ms softstart.
