Does there exist internal memory programming specification? Our customer asked us to implement programming of BQ34Z100 in our programming tools, they need to program devices in production.

Are you trying to program the data flash memory. We have a Going to Production document that provides some code examples for exporting and importing the DF. SLUA665

Thank you very much for your reply. We'll check mentioned document, on a first look it contains information how to make 3rd party programming tool, anyway we should check if information are sufficient.
