Consulting Help - LED Driver design

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS92075, LM3444, LM3445, TPS92410

We like to design 120VAC LED dimmable driver for our white light LED lamps (PAR30- MR16). You will recommend driver and design. We prefer internal dimming using simple microcontroller.

If you have experience and interested, please contact me

Thank you

  • We have plenty of options and I will forward this to the right person that can help you best. But we will need a little more information, such as the input voltage range, the LED stack voltage, LED current, and whether it needs to be isolated or if non-isolated is fine. Also, is the dimming from the microcontroller a PWM signal?
  • Hello,

It would be helpful to know if you want an isolated design or non-isolated. How are you going to generate the power for your microcontroller? Does this need to be triac dimmer compatible? Any other design related information would be usedful to suggest a solution. You can search on TPS92410, TPS92075, LM3444/LM3445 on the TI website to get an idea of different solutions.
