TPS659037 / Time between each resource enable and disable, t(instX)

Hi,

Please let me ask about time between each resource enable and disable (t(instX)) that is described in page 64 of datasheet.

Please let me know the default value of t(instX). Is it 550usec as described in User's Guide?
Can we change t(instX) after power up? Which register should we use if it can be changed?

Hi Sonoki-san,

The Tinst time is programmed by OTP. By default the delay time during power-up is 550us, and delay time during power-down is 500us as described in the user's guide.

This is programmed in to the OTP (one-time-programmable) memory in the device, and cannot be changed after power-up.

Please let me confirm the following question just in case.
Can customer change the delay time on power-up or power-down by I2C resisters?
[Background]
My customer would like to know whether they can change/adjust those values after power by I2C(not re-programmed the OTP memory). We have already known that OTP could not change the settings.

Hello Kaka,

No, the delay timing is only programmed in to OTP. There are no registers to configure power-up or power-down sequences.
