TPS27081A vs. TPS27082L main difference

Hey team,

I was looking at the TPS27081A and the TPS27082L for an adjustable slew load switch and I was unsure what is the main difference between those two. Can someone shone some light on what the primary difference between the two are technology & application wise?

Saqib,

Please note the following:
1. TPS27082L has an integrated 12.5k resistor where a resistor would be connected to the R2 pin of the TPS27081A
2. The TPS27082L has OFF isolation circuitry that prevents the PMOS from turnon ON in applications that may have fast transients on the VIN pin. With the TPS27081A, there may be leakage to the output of the device on startup because the PMOS may turn on temporarily.
