Hi,

My customer has question about TPS43060.
Could you tell me about questoin?

- TPS43060 should be connected a bootstrap diode from Vcc to BOOT.
  TPS43061 is integrated bootstrap diode.
  What is the advantage about using external bootstarp diode?

    Hi,

    The another difference between two devices is the gate drive voltage.
    TPS43060 has 7.5V gate drive supply which is suitable for wide range of stardard MOSFET.
    TPS43061 has 5.5V gate dive supply which is suitable for low Qg TI NexFET.

    Regarding teh boot diode, one advantage of the external boot diode is it can have conduct higher current than integrated didoe.
