    Hello,

    Can you explain your situation in greater detail? The amount of information that you have provided in your post above in insufficient to begin debugging the problem.

    Look at the datasheet particularly Table 7-10 for the OCD thresholds. This value can be set as low as 8mV or 11mV so first check to see if the PROTECT2 register 0x07 has bits 3:0 set as value 0x0 or 0x1. I ask because the default after reset is to put the register at 0x0.
