But they couldn't find application note and other technical documents.

Thank very for your help！
I am testing LP3923 , but I have a problem: in the test ，I connected VIN2 pin with battery+, and connected the SEL pin with battery+ or GND , but the LDO3 pin had no 3V+ output.
I donot why,please kindly help!

Hi, I need more information to help you. did other power rails comes up as expected? is LDO3 default on? which version did you test?

According to Table 3 in the 6 page of the product specification，the LDO3 is startup default on.
Other power rails not come up as expected.

We connected the pin CHG_IN to +5V form an adapter,GND to 0V from the same adapter,but other pins has no any voltage output.

you need to pull the PS_HOLD pin logic high to release power outputs, the quick check is to tie PS_HOLD to +5V through a R first, then apply +5V CHG_IN.
