Our customer had ready to release their product in the market, but they said an issue was found with TPS54325 in it.

But I think this is not an issue, the normal operation of the device with their condition.

Yes you are correct. For TPS54325 the UVP protection is latching.

To release the latch, VREG5 has to be reset, right ?

Hi, Hiro-san,

UVP is a latching process, while UVLO is a non-latching process,

I looked at your file, and I think to put the Vout back, VREG5 has to be lower than ULVO first, then VREG5 has to be reset, then you can get the Vout back.

see datasheeet 8.3.6 and also differences between NG2 and OK2 proves this point.
