I have a question.

Question is Switchig MOSFET's allowable power dissipation.

My cusotmers are considering a set of LM5116 + CSD19534Q5A.

So, I want you to tell me the loss data calculation method of CSD19534Q5A.

I used a webench designer.

But,It did not work.

They want to use the MOSFET in parallel.(Highside = 2chip, Lowside = 2chip)

Because,Output current is large.

<This is customer's spec.>

Input Voltage:50V

Output Voltage:12V

Output Current:12.5A (150W peak)

Highside:CSD19534Q5A × 2chip

Lowside:CSD19534Q5A × 2chip

Do you have a method of calculation or calculation tool?
